Thriller Novels Or Not?

Have you read a fiction novel and had your heart rate increase? Yes? Does that then count as a thriller? Or just as suspense?

Here are some fiction novels which I consider to be thrillers.

  Thriller or not? I think it qualifies, because for me, suspense provides a thrill. Does a good thriller stop you sleeping or give you nightmares? It doesn't have to be gory, just frightening.
